1) Sensor and grating
· The sensor is a precision device, especially the 0.1mm sensor is equipped with precision optical glass. It should be prevented from falling from a height or impact during installation.
·GKC-H high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester stipulates that the direction of the grating from the bottom surface of the sensor to the top surface is the closing movement direction, and vice versa is the opening movement direction. During installation, it should be kept consistent with the direction of movement of the moving contact.
2) Power supply
· In order to ensure the normal operation of the rectifier power supply and the operation command sampling circuit, when using the internal DC operation power supply, make sure that the switch's opening and closing coil control terminal and negative terminal are completely disconnected from other secondary circuits.
·The negative terminal of the DC output of the GKC-H high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester must not be grounded.
· In order to reduce the current impact when turning on, the voltage regulating knob should be in the off or low voltage position before turning on the DC power supply each time
·The 220V DC power supply provided by the GKC-H high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester is not suitable for any CD mechanism as a closing power supply (large current).
3) Installation and wiring
· Before testing, disconnect the connection between the breaks of the switch under test and the grounding knife of each break to avoid the failure of measuring data due to the short circuit of each break.
· In order to improve anti-interference, one side of the fracture can be grounded and used as a common terminal.
· A1 port (fracture) of the time test line should be installed correspondingly to the sensor
