The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester is a special instrument developed and developed by Longdian Electric to meet the needs of on-site testing of high-voltage switch action characteristics. It uses a single-chip microcomputer as the core for sampling, processing and output. Its main feature is to use Chinese characters to prompt and operate in a man-machine dialogue mode.     The biggest difference of the high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester is that it can be equipped with a general-purpose speed sensor (acceleration sensor). Traditional speed sensors usually use sliding wire resistors or photoelectric sensors (divided into grating and photoelectric encoder), these types are composed of two parts of motion and static. When measuring the speed, they are installed on the moving part (moving contact or lifting rod) and the stationary part (general cap holder or switch base) of the switch respectively, and they should cooperate well. In this way, many different mounting brackets need to be made for different switches, and it is difficult to install and disassemble on site. After years of research, our company has applied acceleration technology to switch speed measurement, and solved the technical problems of difficult installation, coordination, and testing of the switch site speed sensor.
 

    1. When using for the first time, please manually adjust the switch so that the lower end of the sampling ruler (the connection point between the ruler and the sampling rod) does not touch the photoelectric sampling block during the opening and closing test (if necessary, the upper end of the sampling connecting rod can be sawn off ).

    2. If the characters on the LCD display are not clear or the screen background is too dark, please adjust the "backlight adjustment" potentiometer at the bottom with a small word changer to improve the display effect.

    3. When the machine crashes, please press the [Reset] key.

    4. When the printer does not print normally, please turn it on again after about half a minute after turning it off.
