How to use the microcomputer relay protection tester? After long-term use, power transformers and relays need to be tested regularly to determine whether their electrical performance is normal. Therefore, it is necessary to use a microcomputer relay protection tester. Depending on the test object and voltage level, the microcomputer relay protection tester has different wiring methods and usage methods, which are prone to errors. This article briefly introduces the use of the microcomputer relay protection tester.

After entering the effective value of voltage and current, press the confirm key or click the mouse to point to another position, and the written data will automatically retain three digits after the decimal point. The default voltage unit is V, and the current unit defaults to A. When setting the phase, you can enter any angle within the range of -180°360°. If the written angle exceeds the above range, the system will automatically convert it to this range. For example, enter "-181°" and it will automatically be converted to "179°". In the vector diagram window, the influence diagram of the magnitude and direction of each traffic vector can be observed in real time.

The single-phase AC voltage has a large output of 120V. When you need to output a higher voltage, you can use any two-way working voltage in series, the effective value of the two can be different, but the phase difference should be in the opposite direction. For example: suppose Ua outputs 120V, 0°, Ub outputs 120V, 180°, then the effective value of Uab output is 240V.
JY microcomputer relay protection tester with 6 phases is 30A for each phase. If you want to output a larger amount of current, you can use the multi-channel current in parallel, and the phase difference of each phase should be the same when used in parallel. When selecting large current output, use thicker and shorter high-voltage wires as much as possible, and the output duration should be as short as possible.

The title bar of "Maximum" is to set the effective value of each phase's allowable output. If you are worried that a certain phase will inadvertently output a large output and damage the relay during the experiment, you can set an "upper limit" for that phase. During the experiment operation, the phase will never exceed the limit, which can ensure the safety of the relay. The default value of "upper limit" in the software factory is the large output effective value of voltage and current.

The use methods of relay protection testers produced by different manufacturers are similar. In actual work, electric workers should read the product manuals and conduct tests in strict accordance with the requirements of the manuals, so as to achieve the test accuracy of the instrument. For precision instruments The use of, requires experienced workers to guide nearby to avoid wrong operations.
