How to wire the microcomputer relay protection tester? The microcomputer relay protection tester is also called the relay protection tester. The internal AC and DC voltage and power supply adopt new power supply technology, which makes the instrument reach an advanced level in circuit design, device selection, panel layout, and internal structure design. The instrument has the advantages of complete functions, excellent selection of materials, clear test item data, and simple operation. It is the first choice for electric power workers.
When doing the relay protection test on site, I don’t know how to operate. During the operation, I don’t know how to solve the problems encountered, how to connect and the sequence of operations, etc. These problems are all relay protection workers need to know.
1. First, plug the power cord of the test instrument into the AC220V power socket, turn on the power of the host, and start the operating system. After the start, the host automatically enters the main interface of the test software.
2. Turn on the power switch of the power amplifier, connect the circuit, voltage loop, and if necessary, also connect the binary input, and select the corresponding software module to test.
3. When connecting the circuit. Fire may occur. This is normal. Don’t worry. The circuit has a DC voltage of about 20V. When the circuit is short-circuited, this voltage will automatically disappear. If you don’t want to fire, you can turn off the power switch and connect it again. The line of the circuit loop, so as to avoid the phenomenon of sparking;
4. Check whether the wiring is correct. When the indicator light turns red when the current is open, it means that the voltage circuit of the phase is connected incorrectly, and the voltage short-circuit indicator cannot return to normal by itself. When the voltage circuit is eliminated, the power should be turned off. , And then turn on the power amplifier after a pause of 20 seconds. At this time, the voltage short-circuit light does not light up, indicating that the wiring is correct.
