Introduction

The LDJB-1200 6 Phases Relay&Protection Tester is developed by Wuhan Longdian Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. It is a high-performance, multi-functional portable testing device designed specifically for the debugging and calibration of various relay protection devices. The instrument is equipped with a high-performance industrial computer, Windows XP operating system, 10.4-inch LED touch screen, and optimized keyboard, allowing for convenient operation without the need for external devices. Its core hardware includes DSP digital signal processing system, high-precision D/A and A/D conversion module, linear power amplifier, etc. It supports independent or parallel output of 6-phase voltage (120V per phase) and 6-phase current (30A per phase) (maximum 6-phase parallel current of 180A), and can accurately simulate complex power fault scenarios such as harmonic superposition and transient waveforms. In addition, the instrument provides 8 switch inputs, 4 switch outputs, and an independent DC power supply (± 110V) to meet diverse testing needs. Through interfaces such as USB and Ethernet, users can easily complete data communication, software upgrades, and multi machine control, suitable for on-site testing of power systems and high-precision calibration in laboratories.

Multiple safety protections: The power amplifier is equipped with overheat, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection. The current circuit allows for open circuit, and the voltage circuit automatically alarms for short circuit. The hardware time limited circuit ensures the safety of high current output.

Rich interfaces and expandability: Provides USB, Ethernet ports (optional), switch input/output terminals, and independent DC power supply, supporting external device control, data access, and multi machine joint control, with strong expandability.
