Wide voltage range and high-precision measurement: Supports a wide voltage range of 10-300V, with a maximum discharge current of up to 150A, meeting the testing needs of various voltage levels of battery packs. At the same time, the instrument adopts high-precision measurement technology, with voltage and current measurement accuracies of ± 0.5% FS+0.1V and ± 1% FS+0.1A, respectively, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test results.

Intelligent operation and automated testing: The tester adopts an embedded operating system with multiple built-in testing templates. Users only need to set the testing parameters briefly to automatically complete the entire discharge testing process without manual intervention. After the test is completed, the instrument can automatically generate intuitive bar charts, tables, curve graphs, and data reports, making it convenient for users to analyze and manage data.

Safe and stable discharge process: The instrument uses polymer positive temperature coefficient resistors as power consuming components, which have the advantages of small size, light weight, and high safety factor, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of red heat and ensuring the safety and stability of the discharge testing process. At the same time, the instrument also has various protection functions such as overheating, overcurrent, and reverse connection of voltage testing terminals, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

Powerful data storage and backup function: Built in 16GB data storage space, capable of storing over 1000 sets of charge and discharge data. Users can also export data to a USB flash drive or PC through the USB interface, facilitating data backup and management. In addition, the instrument also supports in-depth analysis and processing of test data through upper computer software, generating detailed evaluation reports.

Rich expansion interfaces and communication functions: The back of the instrument is equipped with multi machine parallel, remote control, USB and other communication interfaces, supporting parallel testing and remote data transmission of multiple devices. At the same time, the instrument also supports RS485 communication protocol, which facilitates data exchange and remote monitoring between users and upper computer software.

Intuitive and user-friendly interface: Equipped with a 7-inch true color touch screen display with a resolution of up to 1024x800, it can intuitively display bar charts, tables, curve graphs, data reports, and help documents. The touch panel adopts a military grade multi-layer composite thin film resistive touch panel, which is particularly suitable for electromagnetic interference and transient pulse interference environments generated by DC battery rooms and high-frequency chargers.
