Introduction

The LDJB-702 3 Phases Relay&Protection Tester is designed specifically for testing and verifying relay protection devices in power systems. This tester adopts advanced 0.2 level microcontroller technology, which has the characteristics of high precision, multifunctionality, and easy operation. The equipment supports standard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, which can simulate various complex power system faults and fully meet the testing requirements of relay protection devices. Not only does it provide a standalone operation mode for quick on-site testing, but it also supports external PC operation to achieve more complex and automated verification work. Built in multiple testing modules, including AC test, DC test, synchronous low cycle test, whole group test, etc., covering almost all testing items of relay protection devices. The output accuracy reaches 0.2 level, meeting the requirements of high-precision testing.

Multi functional testing module: This tester is equipped with various testing modules, including AC test, DC test, synchronous low cycle test, whole group test, power direction and impedance test, differential test, harmonic superposition test, frequency and high low cycle test, etc. It covers almost all testing items of relay protection devices and meets the testing needs of different types of protection devices.

Dual operation mode: supports both standalone operation and connected computer operation modes. Single machine operation is convenient and flexible, all displayed in Chinese, operated through a large LCD screen and a rotating mouse; Connecting to a computer allows for more complex and automated verification work through the full set of Chinese operating software on the Windows platform.

Rich switch contacts: The tester provides 8 contact inputs and 4 pairs of null contact outputs. The input contacts are compatible with null contacts and 0-250V potential contacts, with intelligent automatic recognition to meet the needs of complex testing scenarios.

Self protection function: The device adopts a reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, with reliable and complete multiple protection measures and power soft start function, and has certain fault self diagnosis and locking functions to ensure safety during the testing process.
