Product Features
       According to the magnitude of the change, the degree of winding deformation can be estimated. The impedance change between the transformer and the initially tested low-voltage short-circuit impedance after the short-circuit current impact should not exceed 2%.
 
       The low-voltage short-circuit impedance test is the most direct way to identify whether the transformer is impacted by short-circuit current during operation, or the transformer is impacted by mechanical force during transportation and installation, and to check whether the winding is deformed. It is important for judging whether the transformer can be put into operation. Significance is also one of the basis for judging whether the transformer requires disassembly inspection.
 
       The ZC-204B transformer short-circuit impedance tester has its own internal adjustable power output, which is especially suitable for on-site low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement of 110kV and above main transformers. The main features of this instrument are:
       
       The instrument comes with an adjustable power output. Regardless of single-phase or three-phase transformers, only one connection is required, and the instrument can complete the measurement of all winding pairs. The test and connection are simple.
       
       In addition to supporting internal power supply test, it also supports external voltage regulator power supply test. Meet the test and algorithm specified in "DL/T1093-2008 Guide for Detection and Judgment of Power Transformer Winding Deformation by Reactance Method".
 "DL/T1093-2008" clearly stipulates: 5.4.1a, "in principle, single-phase parameters are tested by single-phase method"; 5.4.1e, "when the test results are abnormal, all winding pairs should be retested by single-phase method" . The instrument uses a single-phase measurement method, and can automatically calculate the short-circuit impedance, reactance, and inductance values ​​of each phase for the three-phase step-up process of the three-phase transformer.
 
       Phase-locked loop technology is used inside the instrument to sample AC signals synchronously, and the measurement data is accurate.
